According to Forbes magazine, “A quality workspace design leads to a less stressful and more productive atmosphere.” At DCC, we follow that philosophy by helping many clients brand their office space and transform walls into pieces of their company culture. Internal branding, as we like to call it, uses spaces throughout your office to inspire, motivate and reinforce the culture of your organization.  We’ve done everything from meeting room design and creative way-finding to entry-ways and collaboration spaces that make a statement.

When thinking about branding your office-space – here are some key elements you can use to reinforce your culture and your brand:

  • Reiterate are the pillars of your brand.  Take your core values and use these words and corresponding images to highlight what you stand for.
  • Highlight your own story.  You can use words, photos and images come from the journey your business has taken to get where you are today.  Historic photos, key phrases, featured milestones and even inside jokes can all be great material that can be put into your space that helps keep employees aware of where you’ve been and what makes you unique.
  • Utilize every opportunity There are certain ‘must haves’ around the office including way finding and safety messaging.  Use these opportunities to do more than just put an arrow on a wall.  Frame your messages with the essence of who you are.
