Overview
DCC was engaged to develop a consistent brand, product and core messaging strategy which aligned all three of their focused service areas: Flex products, TPA services and wellness plans. The objective was to introduce Consociate Health in new markets, positioning the company and the staff as trusted advisors with a reputation for innovation. We also increased awareness of Consociate Health in existing markets, and differentiated the company from identified competitors. A key part of the growth strategy was development of a comprehensive integrated marketing plan which aligned product, go-to-market strategies with sales goals.
